Am looking to serve a Subpoena on the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.  I had the process server attempt to serve it at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority General Counsel’s office but the process server was told they are not authorized to accept service.  Does anyone know who is?
