Good afternoon

I have a case against the City wherein they missed a discovery deadline and the last Order sets forth that such would result in:

“… the Answer is deemed stricken and default judgment is entered.”

Do I now just file a Note of Issue, or a Notice of Inquest or enter a liability judgment?

If the latter, what does such a thing look like?
