I am looking for a healthcare attorney in PA with specific experience structuring Management Services Organizations (MSOs) and drafting agreements between MSOs and physician-owned medical entities Ideally, this attorney would have deep familiarity with these arrangements  - not just from a compliance standpoint, but also with an understanding of how to structure the agreements in a way that is legally sound and financially advantageous for the MSO.
