[Ilaw] suggesiton for a mediatior-retired judge-to use for Nj false arrest case

Hi ListMates, Can someone recommend a plaintiff-side user friendly retired judge mediator to use for a NJ civil rights action involving an unlawful stop and detention, false arrest, abuse of process, and improper use of force( grabbing/shoving/pushing)?  This is for a New Jersey case.
