Hi everyone,

I have a client who has successfully prosecuted a claim, to date, against the City (In the city part, NY County)

The Defendants have multiple times delayed the EBT.  This time less than a day from the EBT.  Their reason is that the "office is shorstaffed"

Can I make a motion, maybe to compel an EBT or to strike their answer?  Any guidance or ideas are quite welcome.  Thank you so much.
