Morning mates. Hope everyone is ready for the nicer weather coming.

I am in need of a relatively simple form of an agreement to purchase a mortgage. It is held by an individual and my client is buying it (or a portion of it; still unclear.) All the forms I can find are to purchase a package of mortgages.
