Listmates, I have a landlord who is who is being sued by a subcontractor's employee who fell and injured themselves on the work site. The sub's insurance is denying the claim for non compliance from the subcontractor who is not responding. All: Any recommendations for an attorney who can help a client, dentist, with Google reviews. A former employee is posting negative reviews and the dentist would like something done to take the reviews offline, if possible. PC is 74-year-old woman who fell and broke her femur. Discharged to rehab facility where she fell again causing second break. Hospital did not note that the prescribed blood thinners cause light-headedness and dizziness which led to the fall.
