Morning mates. Hope everyone is ready for the nicer weather coming. I am in need of a relatively simple form of an agreement to purchase a mortgage. It is held by an individual and my client is buying it (or a portion of it; still unclear.) All the forms I can find are to purchase a package of mortgages. Thanks for any help you can provide. City Defendant keeps postponing the plaintiff's ebt.

Hi everyone, I have a client who has successfully prosecuted a claim, to date, against the City (In the city part, NY County) The Defendants have multiple times delayed the EBT. This time less than a day from the EBT. Their reason is that the "office is shorstaffed" Can I make a motion, maybe to compel an EBT or to strike their answer?
